Assistant Director of Workforce - Workforce Planning and Information
Responsibilities include:
• Leading a centre of excellence for strategic delivery, advice, and support on workforce planning and information matters
• Implementing effective workforce planning controls across the organisation for both substantive and temporary staff
• Providing dedicated senior support to the Chief People Officer for reports and information to the Trust's Remuneration and Appointments Committee
• Ensuring all aspects of workforce planning and information are focused on diversity and inclusiveness to assure accessibility and equality for all staff
