You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive communication plans that align with our business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Communication Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive communication strategies that support business goals and enhance brand reputation. Media Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with bloggers, and industry influencers. Communication: Develop and execute communication plans to effectively manage potential reputational risks. Content Creation: Create engaging content, including press releases, articles, social media posts, and presentations, to communicate key messages to internal and external audiences. Digital Communication: Manage and optimise our digital channels, including social media platforms and the company website, to drive engagement and brand awareness. Internal Communications: Facilitate effective internal communication by developing employee newsletters, organising team events, and managing internal social media platforms. Event Management: Plan and execute internal and external events, including conferences, webinars, and workshops. Measurement and Analysis: Track and analyse the effectiveness of communication initiatives to measure ROI and identify areas for improvement. Tone Setting: Set the tone of the business's communications. Engagement Survey Management: Manage the engagement survey process, including planning, execution, and analysis of results. Requirements Qualification in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field. Proven experience in a communications role, preferably in the telecommunications industry. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organisational and time management skills. Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
