We are currently recruiting for an passionate Level 2 Teaching Assistant, who will work exclusively 1:1 with a SEND Child who had additional learning needs within Early Years. A small village Primary School with firmly rooted Christian Values.
The ideal candidate will have experience working closely with SEND Students and/or relevant qualifications. Strong Early Years curriculum knowledge is desirable. If you are innovative and can consistently create engaging ideas to support the child’s learning, this could be the opportunity for you.
Early Years, SEND Teaching Assistant – The role:
* Responsibility to work 1:1 with an SEND student with EHCP’s within early years
* Willingness to develop own professional practice to improve the learning experiences for the child
* Excellent communication skills to be able to liaise effectively with other staff and parents
* Work closely with the SENDCo to ensure students efficient progression
* Competitive Pay (dependant upon experience)

Teaching Assistant – Person Specification:
* Level 2 Teaching Assistant or proven experience
* Strong academic background e.g., GCSE/ A Levels
* Possess excellent behavioural management
* Able to work as a team with other key persons around the child
* Passionate about education
