Business Data Analytics Consultant
* Business Data Analytics Consultant (Pharmaceutical Sector)
* Hybrid Working (WFH + Stockley Park, Uxbridge)
* 12 month contract
* £450 per day (Inside-IR35)
The Opportunity:
The role partners with a wide range of cross-functional stakeholders, including daily interactions with key business units (marketing, sales managers, promotional and non-promotional field teams, medical, market access, and legal team) and commercial operations peers, engaging regularly with senior leaders (UK and Ireland) and regional/global cross-functional teams.
Skills and Experience:
* 4+ years’ experience of forecasting, analytics, and market research within the pharmaceutical industry.
* A thorough understanding of pharma data sources (e.g. IQVIA / IMS) and significant experience incorporating data sets into analyses.
* Experience conducting qualitative and quantitative primary and secondary market research, with extensive experience in forecasting and analytics in the pharmaceutical industry.
Three main areas of focus are:
1. Forecasting and Analytics: Develop and maintain mid/long-term forecast models for three international regions, producing forecast guidance, maintaining and publishing KPI decks and dashboards for tracking product performance.
2. Market Research: Independently lead projects, coordinating input from the cross-functional team to scope, design, and manage the execution of qualitative and quantitative market research studies, collaborating with primary and secondary market research agencies to collect data and develop insights to inform market understanding, business decisions, analytics, and forecasting, interpreting market research outputs and effectively communicating the results to a range of internal stakeholders.
3. General Duties: Share outputs and drive collaboration through calls and face-to-face meetings, whilst being an active member of the client’s Global Insights & Analytics / Global Analytics and Commercial Operations Teams involved with a range of meetings and initiatives.
