Our client, on online retail business requires a customer service representative to join its busy team based in Jersey. Main responsibilities will be to provide a high level of customer service throughout the process along with possessing excellent interpersonal skills, whilst adhering to best practices in line with company policies and procedures. A minimum of 2 years customer service and general office and retail knowledge is required. Data inputting and maintenance to a high level of accuracy and attention to detail along with possessing a calm, professional, positive attitude with a confident telephone manner are also considered to be essential requirements.
