We are currently recruiting for a Sommelier to join the Front of House Team, with the opportunity to earn up to £45,000.

The club is closed on Sundays, Bank Holidays and throughout Christmas each year.
The responsibilities of the Sommelier are:
* Welcoming members and their guests to the restaurant
* Leading your section with precision and charm
* Assisting the Cellar Team and deliver wine to members
* Developing service standards
* Creating an exceptional experience for members and their guests
The Experience & Qualifications required as Sommelier are:
* Significant experience in a similar role in a high-end restaurant, luxury hotel or private member's club advantageous
The working hours for this role are on a rota basis with shifts falling between Monday - Saturday.
