Job Summary
We’re hiring for a Support Worker in Plymouth
You will support a young man with autism to live a full life, develop daily living skills, maintain and build relationships, whilst getting out and about to do the things he enjoys. Your support will be centred around his values, preferences and needs.
You will need a full, manual driving licence and be able to use your own car in the course of your work.
Working in friendly teams you’ll be supported in your role from day one. All support workers work flexible shifts to provide a 24/7 service to the people we support. Visit our website for more information.

15. To contribute to, develop and implement the individuals care plans.
16. To communicate effectively and professionally with people we support, their family members, and external professionals.
