Social Housing Lettings Administrator - Overview:
Basic Salary: £22,000 - £25,000
Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:45am - 5:30pm
A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is ESSENTIAL
We are currently seeking a highly organised and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Social Housing Lettings Administrator. The successful candidate will have a strong background in either property management or lettings, with excellent organisation, communication and administrative skills.
Social Housing Lettings Administrator - Key Responsibilities:
1. Managing a portfolio of social housing properties, ensuring they are let in a timely and efficient manner
2. Making / taking phone calls with tenants, local authorities and other relevant parties
3. Liaising with the local authority and tenants to ensure smooth and efficient licence agreements
4. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all tenancies and property details
5. Handling tenant queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
6. Conducting property inspections and arranging necessary repairs and maintenance
7. Assisting with the preparation of licence agreements and other legal documents
8. Keeping up-to-date with relevant legislation and regulations surrounding social housing lettings
Social Housing Lettings Administrator - Candidates Requirements:
1. Previous experience in property management or lettings; a social housing setting will be a distinct advantage
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
3. Strong organisational and administrative skills
4. Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulations surrounding social housing lettings
5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software
7. A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle is ESSENTIAL
