Why this job matters
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Executive Assistant to support the newly appointed CEO of BT’s Consumer Division – EE. The EA will serve as a key representative, ensuring professional engagement with consumers and stakeholders.
This role is essential in driving the efficiency of the Consumer leadership team, allowing the CEO to focus on strategic priorities. Responsibilities include diary management, inbox oversight, travel, expenses, and project coordination to support key initiatives.
What you'll focus on
In the first 30 Days, you will:
1. Gain a strong understanding of EE, the CEO’s priorities, and key stakeholders.
2. Learn EE’s operations, products, and industry landscape.
3. Understand the CEO’s work style, communication approach, and priorities.
4. Schedule and meet key executives and stakeholders.
5. Begin managing the CEO’s calendar to align with strategic objectives.
6. Establish and streamline communication channels between the CEO and teams.
In the first 60 days, you will:
1. Enhance efficiency and deepen alignment with the CEO’s strategic objectives.
2. Implement a feedback loop to refine strategies and priorities.
3. Manage stakeholder communications across the Consumer Leadership team.
4. Plan and coordinate internal/external events.
5. Prepare reports and stakeholder updates.
6. Facilitate networking opportunities, arranging CEO participation in key industry events.
In the first 90 days, you will:
1. Fully align with the CEO’s vision, acting as a trusted advisor.
2. Organise and participate in strategic meetings.
3. Identify and implement process improvements for CEO-office efficiency.
4. Manage long-term scheduling.
5. Handle minor crises independently.
6. Conduct a performance review with the CEO.
On an ongoing basis, you will:
1. Support the CEO in driving the efficiency of the leadership team.
2. Ensure effective delivery of administrative duties.
3. Implement ways to improve working processes.
4. Manage the preparation and delivery of various communication tasks.

1. Strategic Prioritisation & Time Management: Manages competing priorities effectively.
2. Collaboration: Works seamlessly with internal teams and external partners.
3. Office Administration: Highly organised and proficient in all aspects of administration.

5. Stakeholder Management: Builds and maintains strong relationships with senior stakeholders.
6. Project Management & Delivery: Experienced in managing projects across their full lifecycle.
7. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
