Attend training in the use of medical devices. Participate in regular supervision. Attend all Trust mandatory training. Computer literate with experience of using Microsoft packages including word, excel and outlook. Ability to sit long periods at a VDU. Physical fitness ability in order to move large pieces of equipment from theatres to designated collection area. Adaptable and flexible to change. Ability to work in an operating theatre environment where distressing scenes and/ or unpleasant odours are present. Understand own role and identify how this may develop over time. Work as an effective and responsible team member, supporting others and exploring new ways of working. To liaise with all members of the Trust, primary care team and other agencies in order to assure appropriate care is provided for The Trusts population.
