What you'll be doing - Managing HR administration processes across recruitment, on-boarding, promotions, and exits. Leading and mentoring a team of three HR administrators, ensuring high-quality service delivery. Overseeing L&D administration, including the Learning Management System. Supporting payroll processes and ensuring accuracy in HR data management. Collaborating with managers to coordinate hiring, training, and employee support. Ensuring compliance with employment regulations and internal HR policies. Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency. What we are looking for - CIPD Level 3 qualification (or above) with solid HR admin experience. Proven leadership experience, managing direct reports in a fast-paced HR function. Strong HR systems knowledge - experience with SAP and GSuite is a plus. Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills, and ability to multitask.
