Customer Experience Assistant – Front of House
Location: Aberdeen Performing Arts (His Majesty’s Theatre, The Music Hall, The Lemon Tree)
Salary: £12.60 per hour
Contract: Casual hours

About the Role
As a Customer Experience Assistant – Front of House, you’ll be a key part of our Front of House team, ensuring our audiences have a safe and enjoyable visit. You’ll provide a warm welcome, assist with seating, and uphold the highest standards of service across our venues. This role is casual in nature whereby you would provide monthly availability.
What You’ll Do
1. Greet and assist customers, creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
2. Check tickets and help guests to their seats.
3. Ensure customer safety by conducting pre-show and post-show checks.
4. Sell programmes, merchandise, and refreshments.
5. Answer customer enquiries with confidence and professionalism.
6. Keep public areas clean and presentable.
7. Support customers with access requirements.
About You
We’re looking for someone with:
1. Previous experience working with the public.
2. Excellent customer service and communication skills.
3. A friendly, professional, and approachable manner.
4. Confidence in handling customer enquiries and problem-solving.
5. A flexible approach to work, including evenings and weekends.
6. An interest in the arts is a bonus!
