What We’re Looking For:
* A Heart for Helping: You love making a difference in the lives of children and want to help them overcome challenges and achieve their best.
* Experience with ASD: Previous experience with ASD, work related or personal. Previous experience with other types of ALN would be fantastic.
* Compassion and Patience: You understand the importance of treating every child with respect and dignity, especially when assisting with personal care.
* A Team Player: Collaboration is key! You’ll work closely with teachers and other staff to create an environment where every child feels safe, supported, and encouraged.
