An international medical devices organisation with a strong foothold in the UK, US and other global markets is looking for an International Marketing Manager to join an established 10 strong marketing department. You will take responsibility for overseas marketing through distributors as well as through in-country account managers to provide marketing strategy, support, and insight. Managing and developing marketing assets, holding distributor networks accountable, and aiding sales and communication opportunities.
About You:
* Experience in an autonomous marketing role, ideally within the medical industry.
* Appreciation of marketing through distributors and marketing to support field sales functions.
* Ideally an understanding of marketing in international markets.
* Confident communicator of ideas and strategy, and proven success of collaborating with key stakeholders.
* Excellent project and account management skills.
* Working with distributor networks on a global scale is preferred.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Using wider company objectives to execute and develop marketing strategies on a global scale, working with in-region employees or external distributors.
* Liaising with and holding distributor networks responsible for their marketing activity.
* Working with smaller-scale distributors to develop starter marketing strategies.
* Offering ongoing guidance, as and when needed on a global scale.
* Contributing towards distributors forming positive relationships with local key opinion leaders, professional associations, and advocacy groups.
* Working with stakeholders, both internal and external, to ensure key markets have the appropriate collateral (including graphic designers, translation agencies, event teams, etc.).
Where You'll Be Based:
As International Marketing Manager, you'll need to be able to attend the West Yorkshire based office 2 days a week in general. Due to location, you will likely need to commute by car with the office accessible from Leeds, Manchester, Wakefield, Bradford, and Huddersfield.
This is a full-time 5 day per week role with flexibility over start and finish times to suit.
