Customer Service Administrator. Rochdale. £24k (35 hours per week £13.18 per hour) An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a small team who support clients across the UK. Almost a helpdesk role, this is a varied role which encompasses customer service, administration and IT/helpdesk support. Duties will include; Looking after a dedicated number of clients with any business related issues which may include, IT, billing, locating documents, booking problems etc Responding to emails and customer calls in a timely manner and on a ticket operated system Investigating issues and working methodically and logically to resolve issues Logging all issues and updating client records Liaising with customers to keep them updated on progress of their query/issues To be successful, you will need excellent verbal and written communication skills, be a logical and methodical person. You need to be able to 'think outside of the box' to get to a resolution and be used to working in a reactive and fast paced environment.
