Hays are working with an insurance company based in Wigston who are seeking an experienced Insurance Administrator to join their well-established team on a full-time basis.
Your new role
This role is a permanent opportunity. The successful candidate will be required to work Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm. Once probation has been passed, there is an option to work alternative weeks from 8am-4.30pm & 9am-5.30pm and the potential of up to 2 days per week at home.
Responsibilities will include:
* Chasing Insurance Providers & Solicitors to get updates for our clients
* Emailing & calling clients to update them on the status of their application
* Using our online system to log all notes & complete tasks on cases
* General office admin, post, answering phones
The successful candidate will be offered an attractive basic salary of up to £26k depending on experience + bonus of OTE £28,000.

To be successful, you must have a proven track record of working in an administrative role with insurance experience. You must also have the following skills:

* Knowledge of Word & Excel
