About the Role
As a Customer Team Leader at Co-op, you will be responsible for leading and developing your team to deliver exceptional customer service and operational excellence. You will work closely with the store manager to set goals and objectives, and will be accountable for achieving these through effective leadership and coaching.
You will be expected to maintain high standards of customer service, product knowledge, and store appearance, while also ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This may include managing stock levels, maintaining accurate records, and undertaking regular health and safety checks.
In addition to your technical skills, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team to achieve their best.
