Hotel Front of House Supervisor Required for busy 4 Star Highland Country Inn On the Road to Skye and the Western Isles - Stunning Location General Duties offer a mixture of work to include : Being a Supervisor in our Brasserie (Relaxed Restaurant & Bar) and leading from the Front Manning Reception and Customer Service Lock up's and cashing up - (shared with team) Bar Work, Coffee Service and Barista, Table waiting for Food & Drink, Running of Food Meeting & Greeting Customers Room Checks and highlighting Maintenance required Check ins and showing to rooms Use of Electronic Till System for orders and Hotel bills - Guest Check outs Telephone Call Handling General Cleaning, washing up, looking after tidyness of the Hotel Line Cleaning and Cellar work Part Time or Full Time Upto 45 Hours per week work (FLEXIBLE): weekend work is generally required however we are flexible. Would consider candidates who only wish to work part time - pro/rata salary - flexible employer Mixed shifts of either Breakfast & Lunch Service or Afternoon & Evening Service - we do try work straight shifts in any day unless split shifts suit you Full Time Contract - Hotel Open 11 months a year Pension Scheme Travel Allowance available to people residing in Lochaber with over 15 miles travel
