Not KPI-focused or cutthroat Opportunities to travel internationally to networking events Close-knit collaborative team environment They have recently won the best superyacht recruitment agency award for 2021 Amazing incentives such as trips on yachts, days out, monetary incentives, high-end dinners and more High earning potential on their uncapped commission scheme that will have you earning 35K in your first year The Role You'll be: Qualifying and screening candidates for various live vacancies in their markets via calls and video meetings Conducting market research and identifying new business and candidate leads Attending networking events Liaising with clients and managing interview processes: collecting feedback, organising interviews Writing job advertisements and marketing materials Selling roles to prospective candidates This is a "warm" desk with lots of existing opportunities to fulfil so that you can learn how to perfect recruiting, developing your sales and business development skills from month 6. Requirements Degree level education (or equivalent) - recent graduate with a 2:2 equivalent minimum in any degree group Evidence of working hard on CV, can be work experience, academics or extra-curriculars Ideally an interest in sailing or superyachts Ambitious and the desire to work in a commission-based sales environment Based in the Hampshire area
