About the role
The position of Category Assistant is for 22.5 hours a week based in Weybridge (possibly Nottingham if you are already work internally).
This is your chance to join the Ethical Commercial and Pharma Partnerships team and manage the aged debt and invoicing process alongside supporting the team with their commercial and services supplier opportunities.
The Ethical Commercial and Pharma Partnerships team in Weybridge are responsible for prescription product procurement, supplier relationships and pharmacy systems master data. We work with pharma to provide mutually beneficial services and solutions across the lifecycle of a pharmaceutical product. In the role of Category Assistant, you will report into the Head of Ethical Commercial Realisation.
Responsibilities:
1. Support the Head of Ethical Commercial Realisation to ensure all monthly SAP invoices and supporting data is completed. This will also involve completing monthly SOC controls.
2. Complete monthly and ad-hoc invoices, and credits via SharePoint.
3. Complete new supplier account forms to support new commercial and pharmacy led services opportunities.
4. Maintain good relationships with external suppliers, Genpact and internal finance teams.
5. Support the Ethical Commercial and Pharma Partnerships team with any administration activities.
What you'll need to have
1. Proficiency in MS Excel.
2. Adept at prioritising workload and working to tight deadlines.
3. A passion for detail and accuracy.
4. Confident communicating to diverse audiences.
5. Well-developed critical thinking skills.
