As a Hotel Receptionist at RAF Brize Norton, You'll be passionate about inter-communication and have our customers and their safety at heart of everything you do. Our admin colleagues run an efficient service for our clients. What you’ll do: Take relevant calls from passengers and personnel wishing to book accommodation. Dealing with delayed passengers and passengers flying out of Brize Norton, checking passengers in and out. General administration tasks, such as relevant paperwork Working with booking systems online, responding to emails and enquiries, basic computer work. Support the management team closely, you'll be a vital part of the team, be flexible and support the team with any projects or tasks they require. Preparing, organising, and storing information in paper and/or digital form. Administration tasks Liaising with other departments on site Ensuring cleaning schedules are met. Ensuring entitled delayed passengers are catered for.
