Field Sales Engineer
Full-Time - Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday Office Hours (No weekends or Evenings)
Locations: Scottish Region
Basic Salary: £30,000.00 to £45,000.00 Per Annum OTE

Our client is a highly reputable manufacturing engineering business with a ‘world class brand reputation in supplying bespoke engineering products globally to a range of engineering and manufacturing businesses. They pride themselves in providing bespoke and tailor-made products to their worldwide customers. Due to experiencing accelerated growth, they are now seeking an exceptional Field Sales Engineer to join their business and redevelop relationships and increase brand awareness with lapsed clients, new customers as well as, service existing clients on a Full Time Permanent basis within the Scottish region as a Field Sales Engineer.
Responsibilities:
1. Proactively engage with new and existing customers to generate business
2. Responsible for covering the Scottish region and redeveloping key accounts and nurturing relationships to generate revenue
3. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
4. Attend face-to-face client meetings generated through outbound calling as a Field Sales Engineer
5. Maintain relationships with clients for the purpose of gaining more business
6. Convert quotations to orders
7. Be a brand ambassador and increase brand awareness as a Field Sales Engineer or Business Development Manager
Candidate Requirements:
1. Previous B2B Sales experience either as a Field Sales Engineer or Business Development Manager
2. Proven record of gaining new business
3. An appetite for Technical engineering or similar
4. Fantastic work ethic and attitude with full flexibility
5. Excellent communication skills
6. Ability to work autonomously with own diary management
7. Self-driven and motivated to earn commission
8. Naturally resilient and tenacious
