Our Recruitment Consultants are responsible for a variety of duties within the business, being client and candidate facing allows you to build long-lasting relationships and understand the healthcare sector. You will be working as part of an office team to provide the best candidates to our clients on a daily basis.

Main Duties:
1. Interviewing candidates
2. Building lasting relationships with candidates
3. Developing new clients through proactive sales calls
4. Client visits with existing clients
5. Striving to achieve revenue whilst adhering to the necessary quality assurance standards
What we are looking for in a successful candidate:
1. A full UK driving license is essential
2. A friendly and warming personality
3. Business Development experience and comfortable in a client-facing role
4. Experience within a similar recruitment role is preferred but not essential
5. Strong customer service skills
