Nescot is a leading provider of education and training in Surrey, and our nursery is a valued part of our community. We are seeking a Deputy Nursery Manager to join our team and take on a leadership role in providing high-quality care and education to children.
The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, be able to motivate and guide the team to achieve high standards of care and education. They will also be responsible for managing the nursery's day-to-day operations, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for children to learn and grow.
We offer a competitive salary for this position, estimated at around £30,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, Nescot provides a range of benefits and wellbeing activities to staff, including access to training and development opportunities.
