Symphony Group - Business Account Manager
Symphony Group has an exciting opportunity for a Business Account Manager in the South East area and potentially other parts of the UK. The ideal candidate will reside within the Crawley area, with potential overnight stays. This is a full-time, permanent position, offering a competitive salary.

The Business Account Manager Role:
The successful candidate will manage existing relationships with our New Build Contractors, showcasing professional sales skills and promoting our high-quality products in new build homes across the area.
Key Responsibilities:
* Service and manage existing accounts to a high standard.
* Manage call-offs, prepare quotations, handle amendments, manage debt and customer expectations, and proactively oversee delivery dates, extras, and variations.
* Achieve turnover growth within existing and new accounts; sales experience is desirable.
* Maintain in-depth industry knowledge of customer base and competitors.
This role requires full responsibility for managing customer requirements across the area.
Candidate Requirements:
* Experience working within fast-track building processes, dealing with Contractors, ideally in the Kitchen, Bathroom, or Bedroom industry.
* Knowledge of the industry, including company terms of trade, product range, and major competitors.
* Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
* Ability to think creatively to find solutions.
* A full UK driving license.
Personal Attributes:
* Confident communication skills with all levels, including Architects, Specifiers, Site/Project Managers, Buyers, Senior Managers, and Directors.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines.
* Willingness to work as part of a dynamic team.
