At our Advanced Blade Casting Facility (ABCF), we produce critical turbine blades for our world-leading jet engines. We operate at the forefront of casting and automated technology, creating a high-tech, modern space where you'll thrive every day.
As a Multi-Skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer, you'll work alongside Manufacturing Service Engineers and Leaders to maintain, repair, and optimize machinery and equipment across the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct preventative and reactive maintenance on a wide range of high-tech manufacturing equipment.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and automation issues to minimize downtime.
* Use precision diagnostic instruments, technical drawings, and maintenance manuals to resolve faults efficiently.
* Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance machine performance and reliability.
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Required Experience:
We're looking for candidates with 3-5 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing or industrial maintenance, ideally working with electrical and mechanical systems in a high-tech environment.

Is this role for you?
Yes, if you:
* Have completed an advanced-level apprenticeship with an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent qualification. (Please attach proof of your certification with your CV.)
* Have 3-5 years of relevant experience in electrical and mechanical maintenance.
* Have a solid understanding of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
* Are comfortable using computers and digital maintenance tools.
* Understand HSE standards and regulations and ensure compliance.
* Work well as part of a team and adapt to new challenges.
