We are recruiting an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join a well-established company in Coventry on a temporary basis with the potential view of going permanent. As a Customer Service Administrator, your main responsibilities will be: Provide excellent customer service to external and internal stakeholders Accurately inputting data into the internal systems Adhering to company policies and procedures Collaborating with the team to support a smooth process for the customers Skills and experience required: Strong customer service and administration skills Excellent telephone manner Ability to work within a fast-paced customer service environment Strong IT skills Attention to detail Ability to work under pressure Hours/Salary: Monday to Friday between 09:30am to 17:30pm,with half an hour break. £23,000
