Are you an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking to join a leading building services provider? This is an exciting opportunity to work on a prestigious, state-of-the-art research site in Oxford. You'll be based at this impressive location, ensuring the seamless operation of its advanced systems and infrastructure. Working as part of a dedicated team, your role will involve planned and reactive maintenance, remedial works, and emergency response, helping to support the ongoing success of this world-class facility.
Key Responsibilities:
* Performing PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance tasks.
* Diagnosing and resolving electrical faults.
Maintaining and servicing:
* Single and three-phase power systems
* Generators and UPS systems
* Emergency lighting and fire alarms
* HVAC systems, pumps, and motors
* AC systems
* Conducting water treatment tasks (e.g., tap temperatures, flushing, filters).
* Keeping logbooks updated and ensuring statutory compliance.
Requirements:
* City & Guilds Level 3 or NVQ qualification in Electrical Maintenance (or equivalent).
* Apprentice-trained background (preferred).
* Proven experience in building services maintenance.
* Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
