Are you a Technical Support Engineer with a knack for solving problems and delivering exceptional service? We're looking for a versatile and customer-focused individual to join our client based in London (Oxford Circus). What You’ll Do: Provide hands-on support for IT systems, applications, and services across the business. Manage and resolve IT incidents and service requests, ensuring excellent service delivery. Support core business applications, remote working solutions, and mobile device management. Collaborate closely with service desk, application support, and other technical teams. Contribute to IT projects, driving continuous improvement and user satisfaction. What We’re Looking For: Strong expertise in Office 365, mobile device support (iOS/Android), and desktop environments. Proven experience providing IT support in a large-scale user environment. Hands-on experience with PC builds, audio-visual systems, Citrix, and Windows 10/11. Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to thrive under pressure. ITIL-certified or strong knowledge of ITIL processes. Proactive, flexible, and motivated to go the extra mile for end-users. This role will require you to be in the office 5 days per week and will require occasional travel to other London offices.
