Responsibilities:
1. Identify and engage potential business clients in your assigned territory via cold calling face to face and managing your own diary.
2. Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
3. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve and exceed sales targets.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
1. Proven track record in new business sales, ideally in a field sales B2B environment.
2. Territory management and business door-to-door sales experience in a B2B setting.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to establish trust and rapport with clients.
4. Self-motivated and target-driven mentality with a hunger for success.
5. Ability to adapt to different client needs and think creatively to overcome obstacles.
6. Valid driver's license and reside in the Worcester area or close to the postcode area.
In return, you can expect a starting basic salary of up to £29,000-£32,000, flexible depending on experience, plus an uncapped commission (average first-year realistic earnings of £10,000-£15,000), along with a range of benefits including a company car and laptop.
