PMO Analyst | Full Time | Permanent | Remote | Salary DOE

Spire Healthcare are looking to recruit an experienced PMO Analyst to join our team supporting the SMO Leadership team in translating the vision and goals of the organisation into a portfolio of programmes and projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to ensure successful project delivery, and support the PMO lead with governance, guidance and assurance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Work with the SMO Leadership team to translate organisational vision and goals into a portfolio of programmes and projects.
* Provide decision support for the Executive to make informed and consistent decisions about initiatives to prioritise for delivery.
* Support the PMO Lead to ensure successful project delivery across the change portfolio through good governance, support, guidance and assurance.
* Oversee the planning, funding and resourcing of the Spire portfolio of work in line with Spire and SMO policies and practices.
* Ensure standards are adhered to which control the progress of initiatives through the Spire lifecycle.
* Support portfolio management processes including scoping, planning and management.
* Develop and maintain profiles of benefits and costs across the portfolio.
Key Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have:
* Significant delivery management experience.
* Broad business acumen.
* Working technical knowledge of portfolio, programme and project methods and tools.
* Experience as a PMO Analyst within complex change portfolios.
Qualifications and Experience:
* P30 Practitioner and/or Prince 2 Practitioner (or equivalent experience).
* Demonstrable track record of controlling and governing change initiatives.
* Strong knowledge of portfolio management techniques.
