Who Are We?

We’re on the hunt for a strategic and hands-on execution-focused COO to help us lead from the front, build robust systems, and drive sustainable growth.
What You’ll Be Doing:
As COO, you’ll be the driving force behind our day-to-day operations, aligning our teams, systems, and strategy to deliver best-in-class performance. This isn’t about maintaining the status quo—it’s about building what’s next.
* Develop and execute scalable operational strategies across all brands and functions
* Partner with the leadership team to shape long-term vision and business goals
* Optimise Compliance, order fulfilment and customer service to improve efficiency and retention
* Drive cross-departmental alignment, setting KPIs and tracking success across key business units
* Build a world-class team culture rooted in performance, accountability, and speed
* Identify new tools, partners, and platforms to improve margins and scalability

* A proven senior operations professional with experience of both granular and strategic operations.
* Experienced leading and scaling teams in high-growth customer-facing environments
* Data-obsessed, process-oriented, and laser-focused on results
* Comfortable owning customer ops, compliance and commercial outcomes
* A strong leader who inspires trust, sets a high bar, and delivers
* A strategic thinker who is also happy to get into the weeds and get things done
Salary: £120,000 to £140,000
Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, 09:00 to 17:30, Monday to Friday
Location: Office-based, Covent Garden
