This role is responsible for liaising directly with clients and other stakeholders, ensuring high-quality project execution from start to finish. Key Responsibilities include: Lead projects from inception through to completion. Engage with clients to determine contract needs and review any areas requiring price or feasibility adjustments. Support calculations for material quantities, labour costs, and project timeframes. Oversee site staff and subcontractors, ensuring safety practices, monitoring construction progress, and managing material needs, including changes that may impact project costs. Prepare and process labour and supplier accounts for payment. Provide clients with progress and cost reports. Perform additional duties as required by management. Qualifications & Experience: Essential: Minimum of 2 years experience in construction project management. Familiarity with NEC contracts. Valid drivers license.
