Job Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Service Delivery Manager to join our team and play a critical role in overseeing the execution of Eutelsat Group's Connectivity services. In this position, you'll work closely with internal stakeholders, product managers, engineers, and customer-facing teams, contributing directly to the successful delivery of satellite communication solutions to customers.

You are a natural team leader who excels at coordinating efforts across multiple groups to achieve business goals. You adapt your communication style to various situations and audiences, demonstrating excellent prioritization, anticipation, and leadership skills.
What You'll Do:
* Oversee the execution of Eutelsat Group's contractual obligations for the setup and delivery of Connectivity services.
* Ensure customer satisfaction and deliverable quality by defining clear execution plans.
* Coordinate all internal stakeholders to align with business objectives.
* Clearly communicate objectives, plans, issues, and risks to key stakeholders.
* Develop and promote best practices for business support processes.
* Manage business request priorities, facilitating arbitration and escalation.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team.
What You'll Need:
* 5 years of experience in program/project management and/or customer-facing experience in telecom or related industries.
* Strong project management skills, with certifications such as PMI PMP or Prince2 being advantageous.
* Demonstrated leadership, with the ability to anticipate needs and prioritize effectively.
* A commercial mindset with a customer-first attitude.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong decision-making skills.
* Exceptional team spirit, with a focus on mentoring and training.
* Proficiency in written and spoken English.
* Ability to travel within the India region if required.
