You should be:
1. A qualified teacher with experience of teaching WJEC GCSE English.
You should have:
1. Innovative strategies to engage learners and help them to fulfil their full potential.
2. Excellent organisational and communication skills to ensure successful outcomes within the delivery timeframe.
3. An understanding of quality assurance and assessment.
4. An understanding of diverse learner needs.
