Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

* Revenue Growth & Scaling: Develop and implement strategies for revenue growth, including customer acquisition, retention, and expanding into new markets. Ensure the company hits growth and profitability milestones.
* Product & Innovation: Work closely with the product team to ensure that the company’s offerings are innovative, competitive, and meet the evolving needs of customers. Stay ahead of industry trends and customer requirements.
* Customer Focus: Champion a customer-first approach across the organization. Ensure that the company consistently delivers value to clients, and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
* Senior leadership role within a SaaS company or related technology-driven business or experience in investment banking, consulting or finance.
