Responsibilities:
1. Provide administrative and sales support to the sales team and customers.
2. Respond to customer enquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and delivery dates.
3. Navigate internal and external databases to find product and pricing information for customers.
4. Collaborate with sales team to identify new sales opportunities and provide product information to customers.
5. Assist with processing customer complaints, returns, and credits.
6. Maintain customer accounts and update customer information as needed in the sales database.
Requirements:
1. Experience in a sales administration role. Experience working with sales databases and/or CRM systems.
2. Strong ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time efficiently. Detail-oriented and able to work efficiently with numbers and data.
3. Proficient in building and maintaining strong customer relationships, identifying their needs and providing effective solutions.
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written). Self-motivated and driven, able to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
