Mail Room OperativeTemporary (2-weeks)Main Responsibilities:
* Processing incoming and outgoing mail.
* Provide a timely and accurate distribution of inter-office mail and messenger/ delivery services.
* Scanning, sorting, and delivering documents and letters.
* Distributing and organising incoming mail among departments within the company, ensuring relevant individuals receive it.
* Keeping a clean, tidy, and organised workspace.
* Maintaining log of postage, package shipment, and supplies.
* Preparing outgoing mail and packages prior to being sent out with chosen courier.
* Highly organised with a strong attention to detail.
* Ability to work quickly and efficiently, working towards deadlines.
Suitable candidates will have:
* Experience working in a legal mail room.
* Legal experience (essential)
* Ability to prioritise workloads and meet tight deadlines.
Hours of work:Monday to Friday- 8.30am to 3.30pm...
