Reporting directly to the EMEA Electrical Sector Sales & Marketing HR Director, you will be responsible for providing HR leadership and support to the EMEA Marketing leaders (Field, Marcom & Segment Marketing) and their teams, during a period of rapid organizational transformation and digitalization. You will support marketing organizations across various countries in the EMEA region, helping them navigate significant transformations to align with overall business goals. Your role will be also crucial in assisting the Marcom teams in EMEA as they integrate into the new global organization, which will require continuous partnering with the US HRBP to align programs and policies between the regions. You will contribute to transforming the organization to be more customer-centric, digitalized, and capable, supporting the region's growth strategy in key market segments. You will drive the functional talent management strategy, organizational effectiveness, cultural & structural changes, and any employee relations management within the function in partnership with field HR partners and leveraging the support and expertise of COEs. What you'll do: - HR Functional Excellence o Build organizational capability to meet the current and future needs of the business; utilize data including OCA (Organizational Capability Assessment) to assess and address functional talent development needs, including succession planning, talent acquisition, organization design, diversity, retention and tracking of OCA actions. EMEA Mktg teams are going through huge transformation and the HRBP will have an essential role in supporting the organizational change, driving competencies upskilling, improving efficiency, while keeping the focus on customer centricity and employees' engagement. o Use coaching skills to influence behaviour and business decisions to be consistent with the values and ethical standards and desired business outcomes. o Ensure effective deployment of the performance management system and coach managers. o Work in conjunction with the site leaders and teams to advance functional excellence (culture, employee engagement); develop and support functional learning resources; develop training plan and deliver trainings as required; o Ensure that all HR activities and programs are implemented in accordance with Eaton's HR strategy and the Function's strategy in collaboration with centralized and country resources (e.g., HR Services, COEs and country HR). - Change agent : Champion organization change to facilitate alignment of human capital plans to the function's strategic plan. Drive culture change to align the organization with the strategy. Lead the people aspects of the Playing to Win, Digital Transformation and Future Ready strategies for the function in EMEA. - Business partner: Act as business partner, solution provider, advisor and counsellor for leaders and teams. Understand and contribute to the business strategies and identify opportunities to improve organizational capability. Act as a role model and sponsor for Eaton Values and Philosophy. Support Employee Relations activities by working with management to resolve conflict or controversy to facilitate achievement of established business objectives. - Team: Collaborate with the Leadership Team and team of Corporate & Electrical HR Teams to optimize / leverage standard work and support across the site for items such as wellness, I&D, communications, Leadership Development, HR Services etc. - Simplification & Digitalization: Partner with country HR teams to streamline and optimize HR policies and processes for the employees in scope, fully utilizing COEs and Eaton's digitalization efforts. Qualifications: - Educational Background : Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, Master's preferred. - Professional Experience : Minimum of 5 years in a similar HR role across different geographies. Preferably experienced in a rapidly growing company or business unit. - Adaptability : Eager to learn and thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments. Comfortable working with multiple leaders and remote employees across various EMEA countries. - Language Proficiency : Fluent in English. - Communication Skills : Exceptional clarity and transparency in communication, with the ability to engage effectively across diverse cultures and geographic regions. - Analytical and Creative Abilities : Strong capability to apply both analytical and creative thinking. - Flexibility and Remote Work : Teams are distributed across EMEA. Occasional travel may be required for special projects. Proficiency in conducting remote meetings and business is essential.
