As an SME (small and medium-sized Enterprise) Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and motivating a high-performing sales team to drive business growth.

Your Role as an SME Sales Manager:
* Lead, inspire, and develop a dynamic sales team to maximise performance and productivity
* Oversee daily sales operations, performance reviews, and personal development plans
* Set and achieve ambitious sales targets to drive revenue growth
* Monitor and analyse sales performance to inform strategy and decision-making
* Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance satisfaction and retention
* Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends
* Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Marketing, Finance) to achieve business objectives
* Represent Assured Energy at industry events to increase brand awareness and generate new business
What We’re Looking For:
* Minimum 1.5 years’ experience in an SME sales management role or similar
* Experience in outbound B2B energy sales
* Strong leadership and organisational skills to drive team success
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Proficiency in IT systems including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* High ethical standards and integrity in all dealings
* Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and customer needs
* A results-driven mindset with a focus on growth and performance
