If so, we have an opportunity for a Junior Merchandiser to join our Merchandising team The Impact you will have in this role is: Performance Analytics: Analyse sales performance, profitability, and stock health to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, making data-driven recommendations. Stock Management: Ensure optimal stock availability across channels, proactively addressing overstock risks and stock needs. Range Planning & Execution: Support the development and execution of seasonal range plans, ensuring they align with business objectives and customer demand. Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with Product, retail, digital, and wholesale teams to align merchandising strategies, ensuring seamless execution and commercial success. Supply Chain Coordination: Liaise with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure efficient stock movement and timely product availability. Process Improvement: Contribute to the development of best practices in Open-To-Buy (OTB), inventory control, and merchandising operations to enhance efficiency.
