We are expanding our team and seeking a skilled Commercial Paralegal to assist with legal operations within our vibrant and progressive company. Day-to-day of the role: Assist with the drafting of Business Agreements, Terms of Business, and Non-Disclosure Agreements. Review and amend contractual documentation to ensure compliance and accuracy. Support the business in managing legal and external supplier relationships, including managing engagement agreements. Handle legal administration tasks such as record keeping and proofreading documents for accuracy. Monitor compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements, providing advice and guidance on upcoming changes. Maintain and support a contract template library. Support key opportunities to help identify and support contracting strategies to mitigate risk, ensuring a smooth and efficient contract process with customers. Required Skills & Qualifications: 3-5 years’ experience as a Commercial Paralegal, with a strong focus on commercial contracts. Professional and precise communication skills, capable of translating legal requirements into layman's terms for management. Intermediate proficiency in MS Office suite. Demonstrated ability to work effectively without supervision and meet deadlines. High level of precision and accuracy with a pragmatic approach.
