Logistics Manager
Ontic, a leading licensor and manufacturer of complex engineering parts for the global aerospace and defence industries, is now recruiting for a Logistics Manager to join our team based in Bishops Cleeve.

About The Role
As our Logistics Manager, you will oversee and guide the logistics team to drive efficiency and reduce cycle times while maintaining high operational standards. You will ensure strict material control and traceability, optimizing inventory flow and minimizing waste. Acting as the key escalation point, you will proactively address challenges and support end-to-end logistics operations, ensuring seamless movement of goods in and out of the business.
You will ensure a Safety-first culture is embedded within the new facility, while overseeing the end-to-end logistics process, ensuring smooth flow of materials from booking-in through to final shipment. You'll comply with Part 21G, Part 145, AS9100 and understand relevant other external/internal standards, processes, and internal audits.
About You
You'll have proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or materials management, preferably within the aerospace or a similarly regulated industry. Familiarity with Part 21G / Part 145 & AS9100 aerospace regulations and compliance standards is highly advantageous. A strong background in inventory control, material handling, and storage requirements is essential for this role. You'll also be a natural leader with an ability to lead teams through periods of change and growth.
