We have a great opportunity for a Chef de Partie, who wants to join a farm-to-table restaurant focused on seasonal British ingredients and breads from its own bakery.
The restaurant is mostly serving the local clientele and since its opening has received various awards and acclaims.
Its philosophy is simple Italian/Mediterranean/British cuisine in a comfortable atmosphere and everything is produced from fresh!
The Chef de Partie will be off every Sunday and Monday. The last order is at 10.00pm.
The salary is £38,000 per year, 48 working hours per week and any extra shifts worked will be paid as overtime.
