With our new Hub set up, you will be responsible for the long-lasting positive changes that we are looking to implement across the trust with focus on continuous improvement at the centre of everything we do.
Main duties of the job
Focusing on a key area in one of 3 people services hubs: employee relations, attendance or projects, as directed by Senior People Business Partner. This role will also be supporting other areas of people services as requested and handling day-to-day ad hoc queries in a range of people services issues. The successful candidate will have substantial 'hands-on' experience using initiative when supporting management with effective handling of employee relations issues and applying good employment practice within a unionised environment. The role will have a focus on providing excellent customer service with a right first-time approach that supports the Trust values and aims to provide outstanding care.
What We're Looking For
Candidates should be CIPD Level 5 qualified, or equivalent qualifications or experience. While previous NHS experience is not essential, it is desirable for candidates to show an understanding of the NHS terms and conditions including NHS job evaluation.
