A fantastic opportunity to join a well-established, award-winning security company. They are looking for an experienced Business Admin Support to join their team.
Job Type: Full Time (8.30-5pm)
Main Responsibilities:
* Business admin support, assisting the Business Support Manager alongside the current Business Support Administrator.
* Answering calls
* Delegating calls to the correct department
* Raising jobs onto our CRM
* Managing service inbox
* Updating customer reports
* Basic invoicing
* Any other admin duties in line with business needs
* Daily and weekly customer reports on outstanding jobs and their current status
Knowledge and Experience:
* Prior administrative experience
* Knowledge of MS Office, Word, Excel, Outlook
* Great communication skills (both verbal and written)
* Good telephone manner
* Good organizational skills
* Multitasking skills
* Highly motivated
* Excellent time management
