Role: Early Years Trainer Reports to: Regional Manager Location: Hybrid working with travel required around London, predominantly Southwest London. You may have worked as a: Room Leader Nursery Manager Childcare Manager The Job Are you looking to utilize the skills you've gained in the early years industry in a new and exciting way?We are seeking an Early Years Trainer to work with a caseload of apprentices undertaking Early Years Level 2, 3, and 5 apprenticeship qualifications. Prior experience as a trainer/coach is not required. However, you should have worked in the early years sector in a senior capacity. Key Tasks and Responsibilities Conduct effective initial assessments with all potential learners to ensure they enroll in the appropriate program, meet eligibility requirements, and have any additional support needs identified. Facilitate the sign-up process, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately. Conduct regular progress reviews with learners and their line managers. Plan and deliver tailored training and coaching to learners. Assess learner-submitted evidence and work, providing constructive feedback. Provide regular updates on learner progress. Ensure learners achieve their outcomes on time. Maintain accurate and timely records of assessment, feedback, progress, and reviews. Support learners with Functional Skills delivery in English and Maths (Level 2). Attend and participate in regular standardization meetings and maintain professional development (CPD) to keep expertise current.
