Role: Deputy Manager - Children Home
Provision: Therapeutic Children's EBD Home
Location: Bromsgrove, West Midlands
Salary: Up to £37,000 per annum
Stepping Stones Care are looking for a Deputy Manager for our Therapeutic Children's Home in Bromsgrove. We are looking for someone who is ambitious, driven and wants to work for an organisation that is prepared to do things differently.

Essential Job Requirements:
* Diploma or NVQ Level 3/4 in Children and Young People’s Workforce.
* Understanding of attachment and trauma in relation to young people.
* A commitment to personal development and the acquisition of professional skills and further qualifications.
* 3 years’ work experience working with young people within a residential environment.
* Experience of working with young people with emotional and behavioural issues and complex needs including challenging behaviour.
Desirable Attributes:
* Willing to complete NVQ or Diploma Level 5 in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England).
