Responsibilities: Primary Areas of Responsibility To grow new business across all segments including: local corporate accounts, corporate membership, corporate golf days, conference, private dining & events business. Proactively hunt for new business. Grow and nurture existing accounts held. Identify and penetrate corporate business with relevant potential Develop SME corporate account portfolios. To work with and support the GDOS and all initiatives against the Sales & Marketing plan. Identify corporate and conference accounts that have a requirement for Farleigh Conduct Show rounds and fam trips at the property as per KPI's Attend agreed networking opportunities that offer opportunities to gain new Business. Look after the existing SME Accounts / Agents. Liaise with club Sales teams to identify new opportunities Understand and contribute to the formulation of the budget of the Club Revenue, Corporate membership, Meetings and Events Ensure all leads and activities are updated weekly Plan appointments in advance, ensuring to inform the GM/DOS with a relevant notice for joint attendance. Be accountable for ROI from the events and entertainment organised for the clients; Responsible for dealing with all new business inital enquiries – all sources and segments Track & review production on a regular basis. Manage account portfolio and communicate relevant feedback to the operations team and GM at the club together with the DOS To be fully knowledgeable of product and pricing of competitor hotel’s Success Factors Focus on the Customer: Seeks to know and understand the internal/external customer, to anticipate their needs and exceed their expectations. Negotiation: Understand the cost/benefits of prospective business and vendor contracts and negotiates contracts which result in mutually beneficial outcomes.
