We are seeking a motivated and professional Lettings Negotiator to join our clients dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for property and people, with a drive to deliver exceptional service to both landlords and tenants. Key Responsibilities
1. Registering applicants and matching them to suitable rental properties
2. Conducting property viewings with prospective tenants
3. Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
4. Negotiating tenancy terms between landlords and tenants
5. Processing offers and progressing tenancies through to completion
6. Ensuring all regulatory compliance is met (Right to Rent checks, AML, GDPR, etc.)
7. Working towards and exceeding individual and branch targets
8. Updating CRM systems and maintaining accurate property records
9. Liaising with property management and accounts teams to ensure smooth tenancy transitions
10. Keeping up to date with lettings legislation and market trends
Key Requirements
1. Previous experience in residential lettings
2. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
3. Sales-driven with a target-oriented mindset
4. Excellent organisational and time management skills
5. Knowledge of current lettings legislation and regulations
6. Full UK driving licence and own car
7. Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
8. Professional appearance and demeanor
